This dissertation is dedicated to the complex analysis of the settlement of labour disputes by the conciliation bodies in Ukraine. This work researches the meaning and characteristics of the relations connected with the labour disputes settlement in the context of the labour law. It studies the legal meaning of "collective labour disputes" term. The object of the dissertation is the national and international legislation on the settlement of labour disputes (conflicts). As a result of our research we give some propositions of improvement of the Legislation on the settlement of labour disputes and the practical using of such legislation.
