Essay

The safety of vital activity of population in highway territory with non-multistoried buildings. The increasing of vital activity population safety, which lives under the condition of discomfort noise state. Retrospective analysis of the condition, theoretical and physical modeling, shape measuring of noise pollution. We have elaborated theoretical and methodical principles of complex estimation of social, ecological, economic situation of residential areas, noise characteristics of Dnipropetrovsk streets and highways, which provides the basis and the choice of noise protection, analles to and increase the quality of safety of vital activity under the condition of noise pollution. The sphere of application is graphic and analytical method of noise level estimation and methodology of providing basis to variants of typical residential areas according to the noise level of traffic flow.
