Reduction of noise influence of linear moving sources, as which the carriage of the rail electric transport is considered, on workplaces and a dwelling zone is carried out by the realization by the theoretical and experimental investigations of the internal and external noise, the basic sources of the noise radiation of the linear moving sources with the purpose of the substantiation and the further development of the noise redaction actions, which introduction are improved with an acoustic climate on workers places and in the dwelling zone located close by transport highways.
