Khodykina V. „The International Scientific and Technical Integration of Ukraine in the Context of Innovative Strategy Development”

Object of research: process of the international integration of scientific and technical sphere of Ukraine as a source of maintenance of the accelerated intensive growth of national economy is on the basis of innovative factors and the important direction of effective integration of the state in system of the world economy. The purpose of dissertation work is development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on formation of integration scientific and technical making complex innovative strategy of Ukraine. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of theoretical generalization, a method of the analysis and synthesis, groupings and classifications, a structural method, a method of the statistical analysis a method of comparison and expert estimations. Theoretical results: consist in development of approaches to formation and realization of complex state strategy in sphere of the organization and realization of the international scientific and technical integration of Ukraine, as a component of maintenance of transition of national economy on innovative model of development. Practical results: will be, that the carried out development and approaches allow to improve a machinery of government of the organization and realization of the international scientific and technical integration of Ukraine, provide increase of its role during realization of strategy of innovative development of the state. Scientific novelty: the concept and essence of the international scientific and technical integration are specified; The place of the international scientific and technical integration is determined during realization of strategy of innovative development of Ukraine; The system of internal and external preconditions of realization of the international interaction of Ukraine in sphere of a science and technical equipment is investigated; Directions of perfection of organizational system of development and realization of a national policy in sphere of a science, technical equipment, innovations are offered; The structural model of strategy of realization of the international integration priorities of Ukraine in sphere of a science and technical equipment is offered; The economic-mathematical model of formation of system of integration priorities of Ukraine in sphere of development and realization of programs of the international scientific and technical cooperation is developed. Degree of introduction: recommendations of the author have found introduction in activity of the Ministry of Education and a science of Ukraine, Management of external communications connections and foreign trade activities Donetsk oblast administration, Donetsk commercial and industrial chamber, Open Joint-Stock Company "Azovmash", are used in educational process of department «International economy» of Donetsk State Institute of an Artificial Intellect.
