Strizhak A. State management of maintenance of activity of courts of the general jurisdiction

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of problems of functioning of working system of the state management in sphere of maintenance of activity of courts of the general jurisdiction in Ukraine, to preparation of offers concerning its optimization, to improvement of legal regulation of judicial-organizational work in conditions of construction in Ukraine a democratic lawful state. In work existing organizational - legal relations in sphere of maintenance of activity of bodies of justice of the general jurisdiction are theoretically generalized, the concept of effective realization of the government in bodies of judicial authority of Ukraine concerning the organization of activity of judges is offered, the scientific estimation of progressive forms and methods of judicial-administrative activity is given, the urgency of introduction of a principle of the scientific organization of work in courts is proved, the legal means of practical improvement of activity on the organization and maintenance oflegal proceedings in Ukraine are specified.
