This theses is dedicated to research of legal and organisational fundamentals for prevention of fraud on financial markets in the stock-market trade. By analysing of legal normative acts and world experience in this domain it is capitalised on the fact that the up-to-date model for fraud prevention in the stock-market trade in Ukraine and the corresponding system of legal acts are not adequately developed. The proposals are made as for the necessity to improve the normative basis of Ukraine in the area of fraud prevention on the financial markets in the stock-marcket trade which in contrast to EU and USA doesn't fully meet normative acts.
