Savchuk O. Preventive maintenance of pathological changes in the tissues of orthopedic channel at use of fixed designs of dental artificial limbs.

Character of changes in the tissues of orthopedic channel is studying which arises using the fixed designs of dental artificial limbs. The reasons and the character of complaints of patients with different kinds of fixed designs are investigated on the basis of clinic and laboratory methods. The reasons of short using them are investigated too. Histologic researches are lead on 18 white rats in weight of 150-200 grams. The subcutal implantation of samples of composition Stion-F + Amizon has been lead for the rats. In terms from 2 weeks till 3 months morphological changes in the tissues of experimental animals with implanted samples are investigated. In clinic the features of current of inflammatory processes of a mucous membrane of marginal part of a gum at 76 patients (28 women and 48 men) are investigated. The results of toxicologic and hygienic researches of composition Stion-F + Amizon with 20 mass parts of Amizon shows it does not cause inflammatory reaction of surrounding tissues and is not toxicin relation to an organism as a whole. It is established in the experiment that advanced composition Stion-F + Amizon does not render biodestructive influence, not toxic, improves physical and chemical properties of glass foreign measuring cement Stion-F. On the basis of the processed results of clinic and laboratory researches it is established the regularity of the improvement of a clinical situation in the tissues of orthopedic channel using the advanced composition Stion-F + Amizon. It gives the basis to recommend the advanced composition Stion-F + Amizon for wide introduction in clinic of orthopedic stomatology.
