Об'єкт дослідження - 1) law administration as subject domain of employment EES; 2) EES as means of intensification of law administration. Мета дослідження - conceptual analysis of the necessity and possibilities of development and use of electronic expert systems in law administration activities. Методи дослідження - system and structural, semantic, categorial and terminological analysys; hypothetic-deductive; induction; analogy; formalization; modeling; generalization; idealization; forecasting; expert's appreciation. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів - in structure of Philosophy of Law new branch of researches - legal praxeology - is allocated ; a number of directions of law administration improvement are developed; the new term "quasi-intellectual systems" for a designation of computer systems which realize qualification (legal estimation) of the actual circumstances of case is offered; at a conceptual level the necessity, possibility and expediency of creating integrative Electronic Expert LawAdministration System (EELAS) are proved. Практичне значення одержаних результатів - increasing of efficiency of law administration process. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the offers on improvement of law administration; use in: activity of Committee of the Supreme Council on Legislative Maintenance of Law Enforcement Activity, activity of National Service of Intermediary and Reconciliation, educational process of National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Ефективність впровадження - the positive estimation of the received results. Сфера використання - law administration, legislation, law enforcement and juridical education activities.
