Object of research are the public relations, which arise in administration of government in sphere of ensuring of ecological safety. The purpose of the dissertation is the complex analysis of administrative - legal measures of ensuring of ecological safety, which are applied in activity of militia, and also engineering of the new scientifically proved provisions and recommendations directed on improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine, raise of organizational bases of management in specified to sphere in conditions of reforming of the Ukrainian society. The subject of research is constituted by(with) administrative - legal measures of ensuring of ecological safety, which are applied in activity of militia; the legal base, which regulates protection of environmental natural environment(Wednesday). Methods of research and equipment - general(common) scientific dialectic, semantic, sociological, statistical, structural, historical - legal, legallistic method etc. Theoretical results - the dissertation represents complex research of development of nature protection activity of militia, fills the gaps in knowledge of a problem of modern state of ecological safety in Ukraine, critically values a level of state policy, which is conducted in given directions of development of the Ukrainian society. The dissertation also differs by modern statement of a problem, research of new ideas and tendencies of development of the relations in sphere of ensuring of ecological safety and directions of improvement of the legislation. In work the taken into account(discounted) provisions of the current legislation, the theoretical and practical material subjects to the analysis which concerns subjects of research. The practical importance of research consists in engineering the provisions important for a science of administrative law and management, and also scientifically proved offers concerning change of the legislation both improvement of legal and organizational bases of activity of militia, their interaction with nature protection bodies till the warnings of ecological offences. Also behind direct participation of the author were developed and the methodical materials are entered into educational process on interaction of law-enforcement bodies with not state security organizations under the warning of ecological offences, which are used by the students and cadets of National academy of internal businesses of Ukraine at study of educational discipline " Activity of militia of the social security " and special rate " Urgent questions of prevention and warning of offences ". Degree of introduction - the results of research were debated at session of faculty, the developed scientific - methodical recommendations were reported at scientific - practical conferences, and also on their basis. Efficiency of introduction - conclusions and the offers have received a positive estimation of the experts. Sphere of use - practical activity of militia, legislative and educational processes.
