the object - 12-years-old children; the aims to increase of efficiency the primary agents for the prevention of dental carious lesions in children by the differentiated individual approach to application of preventives on the basis of determination influencing cariesogennih factors in a mouth cavity; the methods - clinical, microbiological, biochemical,immunological, statistical; the new іt shows the morbidity, severity and clinical peculiarities of caries as a function of the aggregate negative impact of main factors causing caries; the outcomes - a combination of measures for the primary prevention of dental caries in children has been developed and adapted accounting for the risk of caries development. The high efficacy of the offered method has been confirmed with the results of a two year clinical and laboratory study.
