This thesis is devoted to the theoretical treatment and the systematic resolution of the problem of the normative regulation and implementation of the administrative law status of heads of state executive bodies. The scientific work treats the issues of the notion, nature and elements of the legal status of head of state executive body within administrative law. The issue of appointment limitations and requirements for candidate placement in leading state executive bodies was furthered elaborated. The analysis of administrative law status of heads of state executive body, placed in their positions as political appointees, resulted in suggestion for improvement of legislation in the area. The work places a special emphasis on the issue of responsibility of heads of state executive bodies.
