Chorna O. Capital management of the enterprise under the market transformation of the economy of Ukraine

The subject of the present research is the system of formation and use of the financial resources of the enterprise. The aim of the thesis research is further development of the theoretical methodological principles of the managing the enterprise capital in the framework of market transformation of the economy of Ukraine and on its basis working out practical recommendations concerning the organising economic mechanism of managing the enterprise capital, raising the efficiency of its formation and use. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the following: there has been developed an organising economic mechanism of managing the enterprise capital; there have proved the feasibility of capital division into personal, loan and debt capital aiming at improving income in relation to capital value of a firm; technical and methodological approaches developed by domestic and foreign scientists have been improved as to the assessment of capital value of the enterprise they have also been systematized and adapted in order to fix the value of the capital; for the first time there has been calculated seasonal dynamics of inflation index of the estimate actual cost of short-term loan; there have been suggested ways of improving system of managing the formation personal capital of enterprise on the basis of factor analysis; there has been developed extended factor pattern of economic growth of a company stability; there have been determined the ways and means of optimizing the capital structure of the company using different approaches to financing assets of the company. The recommendations given in the dissertaition are being used at Dnepravia Plc, the commercial bank "Privatbank", Intertrasservice Ltd. The results of the research are used in academic learning of Dnepropetrovsk University of Economics and Law.
