Podgorny V. Increasing effective government regulation to activity machinebuilding enterprise

Object of research - state regulation in a control system of the industrial enterprises (on an example of mechanical engineering). The purpose of research - increase of productivity of state regulation of activity of the machine-building enterprises on the basis of criterion of maintenance of dynamic balance between development of an industrial complex and a formation of state economy in Ukraine. Methods of research - analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative characteristics, economic-mathematical, structural - logic, statistical, technological analysis, mathematical modeling, biographical interrogation. The practical significance of the received results is, that they represent methodical base of perfection of state regulation of economy and can be used at formation of industrial politics, development and perfection of the acts of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that the methodical recommendations for state regulation of activity of the machine-building enterprises in conditions of the market relations for the first time are developed which comprise mechanisms of information maintenance of activity of the chiefs, strategic behavior of the enterprise, realization of re-structuring of operation of business, increase of efficiency of administrative work, production management. System of state regulation of economy, that provides satisfaction of public needs on a basis of harmonization of interests of the state and subjects of managing; the contents of competitive ideology of state regulation of economy in a direction is more than rational use of resources by the subjects of managing by application of the resource approach at formation of their market behavior; control system of the industrial enterprise, that assists increase of competitiveness, increase of the income, increase of a scale of living of the workers in conditions of a formation of the market relations on the basis of the information approach to the decision of a problem of efficiency of state regulation of economy are advanced. Methods of management of the industrial enterprise, which realization allows to unit interests of the enterprises and state for the most complete satisfaction of public needs have received the further development.
