Essay

. The dissertation purpose is to improve the result of the restoration of the destroyed tooth crown part by the adhesive systems, fibrous structures and composite materials which are based on the studios of the clinic microbiological and morphological research grounds and working on a new methods. It is settled that adhesive systems are possessed an antimicrobal activity, they block an infection in the macro and micro canals, prevent the increasing of an structures.inflammation in periodont, connect the ўўfiberўў-supplementary sheet with the tooth side, forming the monolithic structure which suppress the sprig and sprig construction in a stable position. It is settled that suggested method allows to decrease the time for the sprig preparation and to get the positive effect of the equipment with a prosthetic appliance, operation in the mouth cavity with the great masticatory load by the date in 6 months, 1-2 years from 95,5 to 98 %.
