The dissertation is a complex research of the problems of legal regulation of growing and selling of highly productive seeds of grain cultures in modern conditions. The author defines signs and concept of seed growing and justifies its principles. The subjects of seed growing are analyzed, together with types of agreements on growing and selling of highly productive seeds of grain cultures. The proposals concerning improvement of legislation of Ukraine, which regulates relations in the field of growing, selling and usage of highly productive seeds of grain cultures and increasing its productivity are formed.
