Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of automation of decisions-making support in the technological preparation of production. A purpose of the research is development of knowledge oriented models, algorithms and programs for automation of decisions-making in the technological preparation of production using PC. An object of the research is intellectual decisions-making processes in the technological preparation of production. For the decision of decisions-making tasks a method of precise different level algorithmic quanta of knowledge is used tDAQK-method.For the solution of badly structured decisions-making tasks used method of exact different level algorithmic quantum of knowledge tDАQK-method. Knowledge representation as exact quantum is modified and offered clarification of resulting inference of quantum network on the basis of quantitative estimation of received variants by the association network. Structure of the association network for support of tDАQK-method is developed. Created a set of models for the decisions-making in case of projection of stamp in the technological preparation of sheet stamping production. For the clear watching of sequence of process of the stamp projection meta knowledge was formed. Algorithms for work with the modified quantum model are developed. The intellectual decisions support system "КВАНТ-Штамп" is developed.
