Essay

The thesis is considering the causation in the criminal law as a sign of an element objective corpus delicti. The author is regarding the methodological approach to the problem of causality, which is connected with philosophy generally and the dialectical materialism in particular. The main thesis' idea is the relevancy of these questions for the criminal law is conception of immediate (direct) causation, applicable to some its specifically juridical aspects. There are some valuable practical suggestions aiming the higher efficiency of the everyday law enforcement activity.
