Object - clinical inspection of 167 patients with partial defects of teeth rows is carried out; purpose - increase of efficiency of orthopedic treatment of the patients by partial removable lamellar dentures on the basis of development of the device and indications of power loading of holding claspes on basic teeth; methods - clinical, roentgen, computer tomography, biophysical, statistical; novelty - the device for dosage of power loading on parodontium of basic teeth is elaborated, approved and introduced into clinic of orthopedic stomatology for the first time; practical expediency of using of computer tomography method for study of a state of parodontic tissues of basic teeth before and after orthopedic treatment is proved; results - the device for dosage of power loading influation of surppoting claspes on paradontium of basic teeth is developed, that allowed to keep the basic teeth for long functioning in constractions of partial removable lamellar dentures; it is introduced into educational process and practical medicine; branch - medical Science
