the object - patients with the breaks of zygomatic complex; the aims to improvement of results medical treatment of patients with the breaks of zygomatic complex, which caused change of volume of orbit, by the improvement of inspection, and also planning and technique of restoration operations taking into account position of organs orbit; the methods - clinical, roentgenologic, statistical; the new is the problem of increase of efficiency the development and implementation of novel methods for the examination of patients with the zygomatic complex fractures, more efficacious methods of reconstructive operations with an account for a change in orbital volume; the outcomes - the features indicated should be taken into consideration while performing interventions on the orbital bottom for the reposition of eyeball to be efficacious and to prevent the development of operational complications.
