The new eye drops of the 0,01% miramistine solution makes it possible to active the favourable course of severe eye burning process. A new method of chemical eye burn treatment by the 0,01% miramistine solution is offered. The use of this method decrease the duration of inflammation on the 4,2 day, the area of primary cornea erosion on 6,5 mm sq, the primary cornea epithelization on 5,9 days, the frequency of recurrence erosion on 26%, and increase the frequency of the light opacity forming on 26%.
