The thesis is devoted to complex and comprehensive research into the problems of legal regulation of organization of land exploitation. In view of specific weight and maintanance of legal rules this institute is worth while considered as independent institute of land law, which final formation is not completed yet. The historical-legal analysis of development of the legislation in sphere of organization of land exploitation are separetly considered in the study. Features of legal regulation of organization of land exploitation concerning different land categories are researched.
