Obornev A. Radiation diagnosis of changes of heart and pulmonary blood circulation in patients with ischemic heart disease

The object is 215 patients with ischemic heart disease; 30 practically healthy people; the aim is to raise the efficiency of diagnosis of changes of heart and pulmonary blood circulation in patients with ischemic heart disease with the help of radiological methods; the methods are contrast left ventriculography and coronarography, echocardiography, rontgenography of the organs of thoracic cavity, statistical methods; the new approach lies in ascertainment of X-ray semiotics of changes of heart and lesser pulmonary circulation in patients with ischemic heart disease depending on the localization the coronal arteries, the localization and the prevalence of the myocardium affection; the results include the detection of ultrasonic symptoms of the early stage of left ventricle deficiency in patients with ischemic heart disease, the ascertainment of the dependence of heart state from the localization and the prevalence of the process in cardiac muscle by acute myocardial infarction and postinfarction cardiosclerosis; all these thesis were applied in rontgenological and cardiological departments, in pedagogical process; the field is - Medicine.
