Yepur G. Introduction of Internationsl and Legal Documents in the Criminal Legislation of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of process of introduction international-legal documents in criminal legislation of Ukraine. Normative and legal basis of the adaptation of the Law is researched. Principles, methods, main elements and mechanism of the adaptation of Ukrainian criminal legislation to the internal-legal standarts are considered. Here is also grounded the position about necessity of legislative security of the conception concerning the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the legislation of European Community. Here is also the propositions to introduct European standarts of law enforcement activity to the legislation of Ukraine. Priorities and the ways of Ukrainian modern cooperation with international organizations in the sphere of justice and internal affairs: concerning cooperation with civil and criminal case, police cooperation, the combating against rasism; drug abuse, weapons trade, well-organized criminality, terrorism, child abuse and men trade are considered in dissertation.
