Essay

It has been established, that the inhibition of the processes of growth and water regime in drought is accompanied by adaptive reconstructions in protein system of leaves and roots of the winter wheat cultivars: changes of amino acids pools, contents of total and watersoluble protein, activity of enzymes protein exchange - aminotranspherases, aminoacyl-t-RNA syntetases, proteases. It has been showen, that drought induces the different speed of reactions for resistant and less resistant cultivars of winter wheat. Roots role in stress-reaction of whole plant has been studied.
