The thesis is devoted to the analysis of criminal and legal problems of liability for leading to bankruptcy. It researches into the modern state and tendencies in the elaboration of the issue.The thesis analyses scientific approaches and normative regulation of the institution of criminal bankruptcies. It draws conclusions on the business stages when the crime of leading to bankruptcy is committed; forms groups of acts that must comprise the objective side of the crime; offers a new attitude towards assessment of the damage to property done by the crime etc.
