Shershun S. Ecological and legal regulation of forest exploitation in Ukraine

The work contains the analysis of basic legal concepts that have relation to forest exploitation, research of progressive trends of the ecological and legal regulation of forest exploitation and legal and ecological aspects of forming of different patterns of property rights on forest. There were considered composition and authority of organs of executive power, organs of local self-government and non-governmental organizations in the sphere of protection of forests, providing of sustainable forest exploitation, management functions in this field, and issues of legal responsibility for forest violations. There were confirmed a number of propositions concerning improvement of forest legislation, management in the field of forest exploitation, protection and recreation of forests.
