Essay

Object of research Ferro-concrete vertical trunks erected above working sewer collectors. The purpose of researches: Creation, research and introduction of combined types trunks, the definition of forces of interaction of underground structures with a ground, improvement of account of durability of walls drop shaft. Methods of research: The theories of elasticity, limiting balance, nonlinear theory of ferro-concrete, experimental - on models. Theoretical and practical results: The principles of designing of the combined types trunks are developed, the forces of interaction of narrow deep underground structures with a ground are determined. Novelty: The laws of distribution of lateral pressure of a ground on protections of trunks and forces of friction on their surface are established, the account of drop shaft durability are advanced. Level of introduction: Three trunks are shipped in Kharkov. Field of using: In industrial and civil construction, sewerage economy, mining industry, underground and bridge engineering, hydraulic engineering.
