The object is the processes of the high-school material-technical base organization control; the aim is improvement of the high-school material-technical base organization control decisions effectiveness; the methods are system analysis, analytic and simulation modeling, operation research, theory of sets, theory of algorithms, choice and decision making, theory of risks, graph theory; theoretical results are the decision making support models for automated repairing planning, which differ from the existing ones with alternative plans multi-criterion choice, depending on economic conditions; practical results is the automated workplaces with the decision making functions, which increase the high-school material-technical base control; novelty is new approach to manager’s decision making improvement, which differ with the complex using of simulation and multi-criterion choice tools based on criteria system suit to the high schools; it is recommended for use in economic activity control of the organizations having mixed finance ensuring.
