The thesis is devoted of development of theoretical principles for obtaining gypsum-free Portland cement, modified by the organic-mineral additives for dry building mixtures due to rational selection of the chemical additives of multifunctional action on the basis of hardening accelerators, plasticizers and setting retarders. The hydration and structure formation processes, building-technical properties and running ability were established.
