Chemerys O. Creation of favorable investing climat in the region (public administration aspect)

Object: investment process as complex of economical and legislative mechanisms. Goal: development of scientific and methodical principles of forming and assessment of the investment climate as mark of public administration efficiency. Methods: system analysis, induction, deduction, modeling, analysis and synthesis, expert's appraisal, statistical methods. rational and incremental. Results: definition "public administration mechanism in forming attractive investment climate" were determined, necessity to use synthetic system approach for development of legislative base of the investment activity were proved, new methodical approach to assessment of local state administrations activity concerning forming attractive investment climate were suggested, model of formation of attractive investment climate in region by local state administration were developed, conceptual principles of development and realization of the state programs and plan of measures concerning investment activity were enunciated. Usage:in the process of training of specialists and masters of arts in public administration, retraining the public servants, in the practical activity of the local organs of the executive power.
