Olefir A. Implementation of National Economic Interests within the WTO Regulatory System.

Trade interaction of member-states of the WTO global trade system is analysed. Potential of implementation of key national economic interests within the multilateral trade system was estimated, mechanism of effective accession and membership of Ukraine in the WTO is developed. Historical and logical method, system method of the analysis of the economic phenomenas and processes, methods of scientific abstraction, statistical qualitative and quantitative comparison, expert estimation, factorial and structural analysis were used. The essence of national interests in the process of implementation of general value and functional approaches was revealled; potential of implementation of key national economic interests within the WTO regulatory system was determined; terms and key measures for implementation of Ukraine's economic interests within the global trade system were defined. Implemented: analysis of the terms and conditions of transitional economies accession to the multilateral trade system, systematisation of the rules and mechanisms of the WTO regulatory system for defence of national economic interests, estimation of the state and determination of the ways of effective interaction of Ukraine with the WTO.
