The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of medical sciences on a speciality 14.01.16 - psychiatry. - Institute of neurology, psychiatry & narcology AMS of Ukraine, Kharkov, 2005. In the dissertation it is carried out complex of the common-clinical, psychopathological, pathopsychoiogical, clinic-immunological and biochemical investigation of 540 patients by paranoid schizophrenia with different types of current. The most meaning clinical, psychological and laboratory factors which testify to presence of connection of clinic and pathogenetic mechanisms with features of cellular immunity and expediency of inclusion in therapeutic circuits of means which influence immune mechanisms are revealed. It is shown, that use in complex treatment of patients by schizophrenia different imunocorrection and entherosorbtion provides parallel improvement as immunological, and clinical parameters. A number of methods of a combination of entherosorbtion and imunocorrection in treatment of patients by schizophrenia for overcoming therapeutic resistance is developed. Clinical efficiacy of application of an offered medical complex is found out by more high quality formation of remissions in all groups with reduction of terms of treatment of a significant part of patients, and reduction of the quantity of psychotropic preparations, necessary for achievement.
