Gumenyuk L. Analytically competent differential diagnostics of affective disorders.

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of differential diagnostics of anxious and depressive disorders that cardinally changes therapeutic tactics and the prognosis, and also has economic value. On the basis of the complex analysis, natural of formation, clinico-psychopathological and phenomenological structure is established communication of the clinico-psychopathological data and the data of analytically competent diagnostics at anxious and depressive disorders. The method of analytical focused differential diagnostics and prognosis of affective disorders based on clinico-psychopathological, clinico-analytical and clinico-etiological approaches to symptoms, syndromes, imaginations, experiences, to symbolics of dreams, and also results of projective tests and associative experiment in women is developed and theoretically proved. Their differential-diagnostic characteristics which take into account etiopathogenesis, specificity, features of flow and prognosis are revealed. Efficacy of a method of complex clinico-psychopathological and clinico-analytical differential diagnostics of affective disorders is evaluated.
