Studzinskiy O. Psychotherapy in complex medical treatment of tobacco dependence at patients with neurotic disorders and schizophrenia.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of complex therapy of tobacco dependence at patients with mental disorders of different registers: by neurotic disorders and schizophrenia. By clinico-psychopathological and pathopsyhological methods there are the definite abnormal clinico-psychopathological features of forming and motion of tobacco dependence depending on the comorbidity mental disease, the selected factors of the promoted risk of origin of tobacco dependence at patients with neurotic disorders, what the inculcated complex differentiated system of therapy of tobacco dependence is developed on the basis of on condition of it's comorbidity with neurotic disorders and schizophrenia which connects the psychotherapy and medicinal interferences. It is found out, that the removal of tobacco dependence improves motion of neurotic disorder, but worsens symptoms of schizophrenia.
