the object - sick generalized periodontitis in age 26-59 years; the aims to increase of efficiency соmplex medical treatment of generalized periodontitis by the ground and development of method correction of violations of general adaptation reactions of organism by endogenous regenerator biological immunomodulators preparations; the methods - clinical, biochemical,immunological, roentgenologic, statistical; the new the method of conservative therapy of generalized periodontitis is elaborated with application of correction of general adaptation reactions of organism by the local and general use of endogenous regeneration immunomodulator – erbisol; the outcomes - high efficiency of the offered treatment method of patients ill with generalized periodontitis used with application of general adaptation reactions of organism correction of by erbisol is confirmed by the results of clinic-roentgenological and biochemical researches.
