The features of displays chronic obstructive diseases of lungs at patients with ischemic heart disease and clinical efficiency of use in complex treatment w-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids - tecom, epadole were investigated. The influence w-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids on lipid oxidation processes, activity endogene anti-oxidand system, metabolism oxides nitrogen whey of blood was studied. The in-fluence w-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids on a condition surfactants properties whey of blood, contents and structure of circulating immune complexes, concen-tration of mediummolecular peptides was appreciated. The action w-3 polynon-saturated fatty acids in vitro and in clinical supervision on mean corpuscular vol-ume, sorbtion possibility and peroxidation of erythrocytes hemolese, cytogenetic changes in lymphocytes, phagocytous monocites activity was investigated. The influence w-3 polynonsaturated fatty acids on all parameters microhemodynamics departments was characterized.
