Essay

The dissertation is devoted to features of clinical course of CP (chronic periodontitis) in women with hypoestrogenemia. On examination of women suffering from CP with a various level of estradiol in a blood plasma the following differences are revealed: higher frequency of CP in women with hypoestrogenemia, as well as more expressed signs of inflammation of tissues of parodentium. Differences in groups with a various level of estradiol are confirmed by the laboratory research data of the condition of systems of fibronectin, cellular immunity, cell regeneration. In women suffering from CP with a hypoestrogenemia the disturbance of immunoendocrine regulation of the system of homeostasis are defined, namely the deficiency of plasma fibronectin and its activity, relative hypersuppressive variant of immune imbalance, depression of proliferative activity of the epithelium of the gingiva. The influence of light PILER on the revealed disturbances of homeostasis and microcirculation of the gingiva in patientswith chronic periodontitis (CP) with hypoestrogenemia has been investigated. It is proved that light PILER increases the function of fibronectin, normalizes the immune imbalance, produces a stimulating effect on proliferation of the epithelium. After carrying out the comparative analysis of the results of treatment in groups of patients with the II degree of severity of CP with hypoestrogenemia the efficiency of application of light PILER in complex treatment of periodontitis have been proved, which is manifested in rapid controlling the inflammation, improvement of microcirculation of the gingiva, reduction of terms of treatment.
