Couznetsov V. Сlinicаl-experimental ob-rountouvannya application of technology of electromagnetic treatment of acrilovih plastics at making of removable plastincovih prosthetic appliances.

Dissertation work is devoted to upgrading removable plastincovih prosthetic appliances of, to the question of increase of term of the use by them, reduction of quantity of breakages by the improvement of technology of making of bases of removable prosthetic appliances from acrilovih plastics with application of electromagnetic treatment. The developed device of action of the magnetic field and offered method of making of base material with the use of technology of electromagnetic treatment of plastics. The results of researches of mitsnisnih parameters of base materials are presented, their level of remaining to the monomer and vodopoglinannya, electronic microscopy of structure of plastic which was processed in the electromagnetic field; data of clinical and microbiological researches of fabrics of prosthetic bed. The got reliable results which lead to advantage of the given method before traditional one: durability of bases of prosthetic appliances rises in 2 times almost, a level goes down of remaining to the monomer, that diminishes negative influence of prosthetic appliances on fabrics of prosthetic bed, adaptation gets better to prosthetic appliances and is increased term of the use by them.
