Lukyanchuk O. Substantiation of constructive-technological parameters of multi-tier agriripper

Research Object: multi-tier process of groundloosening through and means for its execution. Research aim: increasing of efficiency a deep process of groundloosening. Research methods: approach of system, elements of the theory of a continuous environment, theory Кulon-Мor, modeling of processes on the computer, mathematical planning there is a lot of factors of experiment. Scientific novelty: proved the basic principles of creation of working bodies with vertical differentiation of deep loosening of ground; it is offered and is investigated laws of the mechanism of loosening by a bend of a soil layer in two planes; received mathematical models of the forms of surfaces, loosening ground, and theoretical dependences for definition of their parameters and tier of an arrangement in a direction of movement. The results: two experimental samples. Introduction: ОSC “Rownoselmash”, PAE ”Ludmila”, PAE “Mirne” in the Rovno area. Sphere of use: agriculture of Ukraine.
