In the work the influence of gamma-irradiation and temperature on albumin and fibrinogen conformation and dielectric properties of cord blood serum have been determined. The values of complex dielectric permittivity of the serum albumin and fibrinogen in aqueous solutions from gamma-irradiation doses, temperature and protein concentration in solution have been obtained by the microwave dielectric method. The albumin and fibrinogen hydration has been calculated. The EPR-spectra of spin traps that covalently associated to a serum albumin molecule have been obtained. The influence of freezing regimens and gamma-irradiation on cord blood serum dielectric properties has been determined. The method for calculation of the depolarization factors of the arbitrary shape particles has been developed. The effective dielectric permittivity of the water-albumin disperse system was calculated.
