The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence of dental artificial limbs from various materials on development free radical processes in a mouth at the phenomena of intolerance, and preventive maintenance of the phenomena of these conditions with the help of antioxidants. Complex inspection 242 person from them 105 men and 137 women, with already developed phenomena of intolerance and without it. Clinical, biochemical, mechanical and statistical methods of research have been used. It is shown, that artificial limbs containing metals: iron, хром, nickel, cobalt and not protected by a ceramic covering, and also demountable artificial limbs from акриловой plastic activate free - radical oxidation of fibers and перекисное oxidation липидов an oral liquid thus develops intolerance. Replacement of these artificial limbs on ceramic-metal, removes this pathological condition. At already developed intolerance, besides the anti-inflammatory treatment, the essential positive medical effect gives application of antioxidants. We investigate preparations: Ascorbic acid, Triovit, Enoant and Multitabs with carotin also it is shown, that the greatest medical preventive effect can be received at application of polyvitamins Multitabs with carotin. For local application by us synthes water-soluble carotin in a complex with an ascorbic acid which promotes preventive maintenance of intolerance at orthopedic treatment by various materials. Also we offer new structure of plastic for demountable acrylic artificial limbs containing polyoxyaethilen-40-sthearat (Е-431) which allows to reduce quantity free a monomeasure and other organic substances contained in an artificial limb.
