Object of investigation: there is theorist-methodological and practical problems of the provi-sion agricultural enterprise AIC budgetary fund. The purpose of research: development scientifically motivated offers and practical recommendation for improvements of the relations enterprise AIC with state and local budget in condition of the shaping of market economies. Methods: complex and system analysis, monographic, statistical, accounting-constructive, distractedly-logical, graphic, benchmark analysis, expert estima-tion. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments will allow to improve the mechanism of the relations enterprise and organiza-tion AIC with state budget. Research novelty: is for the first time installed that institutional of the transformation and change the structure to property in agrarian sector of the economy have conditioned need of the use the new forms and methods of state financial support of the commodity producers by change the direct financing separate enterprise on financing target state and regional pro-grams and priority directions of the development agri-cultural production; advanced essence and acting practice of the financial instrument and method using of the mechanism of the budgetary regulation, which provides making the favorable market ambience, building on base of the priority development of the agriculture and equal prices on agricultural product; has got the most further development methodical en-suring the government regulation of the budgetary relations, in particular, is offered determinations com-prehensible united for all equal economic "rules of the play" on the market.
