Object of research: integration processes in the global power market are. The purpose of dissertational work is development of the mechanism of integration of coal branch of Ukraine in the global power market on the basis of realization of its her competitive advantages and expansions of commodity markets of scientific and technical production. Method of research: a method of dialectic materialism, a method of the quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical supervision, the system approach, the evolution and institutional approach. Theoretical results: will be, that existing theoretical positions concerning integration interaction of national economies and its separate subjects and in development of the mechanism of integration coal banch of Ukraine in the global power market are profound. Practical results: will be, that the carried out development and approaches allow to provide integration of coal area into the global power market. Scientific novelty: has received the further development concept "integration"; preconditions of integration of coal area of Ukraine in the global power market are revealed; components of the mechanism of integration of coal branch of Ukraine in the global power market are revealed; has received the further development definition of conditions which accompany with formation of the mechanism of integration of coal branch of Ukraine in the global power market; directions of increase of competitiveness of coal branch of Ukraine in the global power market are established; specificity of investment process in resouces productive and resouces mading branches of economic in conditions of its cyclic development is opened; the technique of research of efficiency of innovative cooperation in coal branch is advanced on the basis of the international integration; the mechanism of integration of coal branch of Ukraine in the global power market is developed.
