Dissertation is devoted to research of control activity of regional state administrations in the field of finances and budget. Legal nature of regional state administration and its place in the general system of bodies of executive power is analyzed, the order of forming and organizational structure of regional state administration, its functions and jurisdiction are determined, control authority regional state administration are described, essence of financial control and his place is found out in administrative activity of the last, legal principles of control activity of regional state administration in the field of finances and budget.
