the object - sick generalized periodontitis; the aims to increase of efficiency of medical treatment of patients on generalizovaniy parodontit on the basis of research of dynamics maintenance of micro-, macroelementiv at a blood and some indexes of goumor immunity and patogenetichnogo ground of application in complex medical treatment of such sick naclofenou and pentocsifilinou; the methods - clinical, biochemical,immunological, roentgenologic, statistical; the new it has been established that the course of treatment (during 10 days) with naclophene and pentoxifyllin in the form of local applications combined with intraorgan transparadontal electroforesis has a beneficial influence on the degree of the periodontal tissues, as well as on proteinorgam and humoral link of the immune response; the outcomes - high efficiency of the offered treatment method of patients ill with generalized periodontitis used with application of general adaptation reactions of organism correction of by erbisol is confirmed by the results of clinic-roentgenological and biochemical researches.
