Nezhivets O. Provision of social and labour rehabilitation of persons released from the institutions of confinement

The thesis is dedicated to study and analysis of the social legal problems of social and labour rehabilitation of persons released from the institutions of confinement. The theoretical principles of rehabilitation, resocialization and social adaptation are considered in this work, the notions, its similarity and differences are analysed, the social-demographic, criminal-legal, penitentiary and postpenitentiary characteristics of the persons, released from the places of confinement, their labour and qualification abilities and qualities are given here. The author defined and considered the theoreti-cal and practical problems of social and labour rehabilitation of persons released, analyses their nowadays situation and gives propositions to its solution. The special attention is paid to the problems of professional orientation and professional technical training in the institutions of realization of sentences by the specialities, which are in demand on the labour market. The propositions for the furtherimprovement of by-laws and legal base, the system of control and observance of persons, released from the institutions of confinement, are given in the thesis.
