Sapronov O. The criminal responsibility for a violent blood donorship

Dissertation is dedicated to problems of the criminal responsibility for a violent blood donorship. The analysis of historical development of a donorship and usage of a blood, and also their legal regulation in Ukraine has been conducted. The objective and subjective features of this corpus delicti are investigated in detail. The final moment of a violent blood donorship is established. The qualifying and aggravated features of this corpus delicti are reviewed. On the basis of the conducted research the proposals on advancing the criminal legislation envisioning the responsibility for a violent blood donorship were formulated.
