Essay

the object - patients in age 20-62 years with a deep caries; the aims to increase of efficiency of medical treatment of deep caries by development method of preparation carious cavity to stopping taking into account the reaction of pulpi; the methods - clinical, histological, gistohimichni, statistical; the new the principle morphologic criteria characterizing pulp reactivity have been determined: the pronouncement of neuroeleraents, odontoblastic depth and the specific volume of the cellular elements of the pulp as well as histochemical changes in the examined structures; the outcomes - the elaborated method of preparing teeth for restoration in deep caries has been introduced into stomatologic practice to decrease the percentage of complications in treating deep caries.
