Zheleznyak N. Legal and Organisational Forms of Activities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in Implementation of the State Legal Policy (theoretic and practical issues).

The present thesis is dedicated to research in the field of legal and organisational forms of activities of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in implementation of the State legal policy. The subject of the research is the State legal policy as a legal category, major directions of implementation of the State legal policy; the place and the role of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in providing for realisation of the State legal policy, its position within the framework of central executive authorities and the features of its legal regulation. Major forms of activities of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in implementation of the State legal policy are illustrated. An urgent need in reform of justice authorities is grounded, in the context of implementation of an up-to-date State legal policy; perfection of legal regulation of operation of the whole system of institutions of justice, of a mechanism for their realisation of their tasks in the framework of implementation of the State legal policy. The present thesis also contains both theoretical conclusions formulated on issues studied and practical propositions on perfection of legal and organisational forms of activities of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in implementation of the State legal policy.
