Vrublevskaya S. Clinico-paraclinical criterious of the difficulty of flowing of the children's allergic rhinitis

In this dissertation are the results of complex dynamics of the clinical, immunological and functional indices of 135 children with allergical rhinitis by age from 7 till 15 years represented. The main clinico-paraclinical parameters which are the most influential on the children's allergical rhinitis are determined and correlative connections between them and difficulty rhinitis are established. On their base there are criterious of the difficulties of rhinitis course devised. Indices of the difficulty for easy, middle - serious and serious course of the children's allergic rhinitis are devised. It's proved that immunologic displacements during allergic rhinitis take place on the local and on the system levels, becoming deeper according to the difficulty of disease. On the basement of studying of allergic rhinitis links patogenesis there is method of correction revealed children's changed worked out, which permits to put off using the nasal topical glycocorthicosteroids on the last stage at the serious allergic rhinitis.
